There are so many wonderful reasons to become a vegetarian or a vegan… because we love animals and want to protect them, because we choose to support a more sustainable way of living, or even because we want to feel healthier and lighter. Whatever the reason, for me, the pleasure of enjoying delicious food is a priority!

That’s why I love sharing my recipes with anyone who wants to explore or try a vegetarian or vegan diet, while still enjoying the (divine!) pleasure of eating well.
